My proposed area of research is Customer Experience, which is a key Marketing Concept and Marketing sets the fundamental premises for it, both in Marketing Research & Practice. Marketing is far beyond just Advertising and Branding. Marketers need to focus and give priority to providing a seamless, personalized, and unique Customer Experience. Customer Experience is the Key and perhaps the only Brand Differentiator for brands in today’s highly competitive, hyper, and always-connected world of Customers. I am qualified with Marketing as my major at both graduation and post-graduation levels of education and have been always passionate and inquisitive about the Marketing discipline.
