PK Kannan is Dean’s Chair in Marketing Science and Professor of Marketing at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. His main research focus is on marketing modeling and strategy, digital marketing, and applying statistical, econometric, AI & ML methods to marketing data. PK has received several grants from NSF and other agencies and consulted with several major companies in the area of digital marketing. His research papers have several awards including the John Little Award, the ISMS-MSI Gary Lilien Practice Prize Award, AMA/MSI Paul Root Award (twice), and been finalist for the Paul Green Award three times.
