My dissertation focuses on establishing an organization-driven experience that can present customers with a seamless and connected experience regarding the entire offering(s) from various functions of the organization. I intend to test this framework in the Indian management education setting. My current research interests include customer engagement, marketing strategy, and stakeholder engagement. I received my MBA from Georgia State University, USA, and hold graduate degrees in Economics and International Business. I have published in business and marketing journals such as the Sloan Management Review, California Management Review, Journal of International Marketing, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Industrial Marketing Management, and International Marketing Review, among others.
