Though the topic of my dissertation is not yet decided, My inclination is towards consumer behaviour involving online reviews. I have done my MBA from IIM Lucknow and have worked in a consultancy firms where I used to observe how my clients were benefiting from electronic word of mouth. I thus hope to get guidance on the topic of online reviews.
